Welcome to our Family Planner & Organizer Notion Template!

We designed this template so that it could be an all-in-one solution to keep track of your entire family. It can sometimes be difficult to know exactly what everyone has to do every day!

This template features a central calendar where you can tag each member of your family to a corresponding event. We also included additional features like a babysitter notebook, contact list, medication list, allergy list, family gallery, and important documents list.

What is included?

• Our Family: This is where you can add your entire family in a gallery view. Each family member is linked to every database that is included in this template. It is an easy way to see one family member's details in one place.
• Family Calendar: You can add your family's schedule here. Simply add an event and tag your family members relating to that event. You can also see this calendar by person so you always know who is doing what.
• Important Contacts: It can be hard to keep track of your important family contacts. This is a great place to put your contacts in one place and categorize them.
• Family Documents: Add all of your family's important documents here like passports, grade reports, and more!
• Allergies & Intolerances: Have a list of all of your family's allergies and intolerances in one place so you can share it with restaurants or friends.
• Medication List: Keep track of all of your medications in one place so you know exactly what you need to carry if you go on a vacation. You can also see which medications are expired so you can always have unexpired medicines in your cabinet!
• Family Photo Gallery: Add your favorite family memories to this gallery. You can also filter by person, tags, and date.
• Babysitter Notebook: Have a pre-built sub-template that you can use every time you need to hire a babysitter. This can be shared online so that you can give them all of the relevant information.
