Notion's 3.2 update brings powerful new features that will enhance how you manage your workspace. Whether you're a solo user or managing a team, these updates offer practical solutions to common workflow challenges.
Automatic People Directory
Notion now auto-creates a People Directory for your workspace. Access it in Settings → People → View People Directory. This centralized database displays all workspace members with their membership type, email, team spaces, and recent activity.
You can add custom properties to track information that matters to your organization, such as department, location, or start date. Create linked views of the People Directory anywhere in your workspace by typing "/linked view of data source" and selecting People Directory.
Notion Mail Updates
Manage multiple email accounts in Notion Mail and switch between them using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, etc.). The game-changer is the ability to add emails directly to any Notion database with one click. Simply open an email and click "Add to Notion" to save it as a formatted page in your selected database.
Notion Calendar Enhancement
Hide the context panel for a cleaner, full-screen calendar view. The panel reappears when you click on calendar items, giving you flexibility to optimize your view based on your needs.
Notion AI Improvements
Access multiple AI models with manual or auto-selection. Your AI instructions persist across all models. Create AI meeting notes directly from your phone and use AI agents on mobile devices.
Integration Updates
Enterprise users can now use Jira two-way sync to keep both platforms updated automatically. The Asana search integration lets you search tasks and projects directly from Notion.
Smaller Updates!
Pages now open 27% faster on Windows and 11% faster on Mac. Search handles accents intelligently, buttons support confetti click effects, and enterprise users get enhanced MCP capabilities with audit log tracking.
