Hello everyone, we are Ann & Sara, Co-Founders of The Organized Notebook! We warmly welcome everyone to our learning platform and can’t wait to invite you to join with us on this organizational journey!
We founded “The Organized Notebook” with a mission of sharing our learnings and new ways of thinking as we wish to help people who struggle in this modern world due to the overwhelming flow of digital information.
You must wonder why we started!
Like many, we used to struggle with managing multiple projects, tasks, and tools simultaneously. We tested numerous productivity, communication, and data management tools in search of the most effective ways to manage our work, personal lives, and business groups.
Some of the tools we tried include Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Trello, Asana, Todoist, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Slack. However, managing multiple tools and connecting scattered data for decision-making can be time-consuming. Unfortunately, this sometimes hinders productivity and obscures the bigger picture.
During our journey, we discovered NOTION.
We finally found a tool that was flexible, and powerful for us to create an all-in-one productivity workspace which we dreamt of. And our journey does not stop there, we will learn more about productivity through technology! We can’t wait to share all of our learnings with you and let’s enjoy this journey with us!
We specialize in creating organizational templates that focus on simplicity, ease of use, and data connectivity.
We believe in simplicity – "less is more" as complicated features might lead to you spending more time with the template and lead to counterproductivity. Moreover, our templates enable you to stay truly connected across different databases so you never lose sight of your data!
Our Team
Sara is passionate about using technology for productivity. She is a front-end developer by day, and creating Notion templates and thinking about productivity tools is one of her big passions. When she’s off the computer, you’ll find her taking walks, trying new foods, and traveling!

Ann loves learning about technology; new tools and tech concepts can always pique her interest! With her strong business and operations background, she specializes in designing highly organized and productive systems. She regards NOTION as "food for thought," as it enhances her organizational skills, data management, and data visualization.
